The Obagi Clear is part of the inovative Nuderm system and provides the key ingredient to not only treat surface pigmentation but prevent further pigmentation. It is recommended the Obagi Clear is continued for a total of 12-14 weeks to ensure pigment cells in the deeper layers are fully treated.

Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains 4% hydroquinone as the active ingredient in an activating base to correct uneven surface skin colour and brown spots.

Directions: Apply in the morning (AM) and the evening (PM) as directed by your physician.

Active Ingredients: Hydroquinone USP, 4%. Rx only.

Ingredients: Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains hydroquinone USP 40mg/gm in a base of purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate,stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, lactic acid, saponins, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, and butylparaben.
